Summer Shack

We have been here several times. Food is very good and the waitresses are attentive without being overbearing. The last time we went we asked for bread and we got the response "we no longer provide bread." No reason given, it's not a deal-breaker, but a little bit of a disappointment. When you go, it can be busy and quite noisy. The last time we went was Sunday about 6 p.m. and it was nice and quiet and not very busy! Before we went was Saturday at 7 p.m. and it is quite busy and extremely noisy.

I had a great experience at this place. We loved the excellent environment and the food. The staff are very attentive. I’m glad we ultimately managed to visit this spot.

LITERALLY. So that made up for the cost of my meal alone, then had around like 14 shrimp cocktail on top of the beautiful spread of smoked salmon, pate, cheeses, salads and typical breakfast food that they had. Oh, and don't let me forget about dessert. The bread pudding was FANTASTIC.

My favorite seafood restaurant nearby Boston! I went there every time when I visited Boston. They also have the best oysters! So delicious! Tried their steamed lobster, excellent value! Last time when I visited, I ordered the lobster gumbo, and it was amazing! It's a huge dish, and I couldn't help myself to finish it! Can't wait to go back there again!

Cozy and fun atmosphere, great service, and tasty food! Looks a little questionable from the outside with little light in an empty parking lot, but as soon as you go in, it’s nicely decorated and bright!

Recommend the lobster roll & apple crisp.
