    The food is much more interesting than in an ordinary Indian restaurant. The food, the place and the people who run it are great.

    If you order dishes typical of Sri Lanka you will enjoy a new eating experience. Just ask.

    Staff were fighting eachother. I enjoyed the food however. But later saw hair in my acquaintances food disrupting our experience even more.

    This is our "go to" place for delicious, homemade South Indian. Lots of coconut flavor and spice! Everything is made to order, so relax and order well in advance if you are picking up. The owner is lovely and invests a lot of heart and soul in her restaurant. We love having Suvaai in our Cambridge community! My husband (he’s Punjabi) and I have lived all over Cambridge/Somerville, and Suvaai is definitely our favorite! Enjoy and be patient. The food is worth the wait.
