    If you usually order General Gau's and Fried Rice, pick a different restaurant! This place serves authentic food from the Sichuan Province. It can be very spicy with lots of Sichuan Peppercorn. The fish and seafood seems very fresh. Excellent preparation and a wide range ingredients and techniques on the menu.

    Dishes we like include Soft Shelled Crab, Boiled Fish with Silken Tofu in Chili Sauce. Yu Hsiang Eggplant, Sauteed Pork wtih Green Chili, Shredded Potato with Green Peppers, and of course a stunning Ma Po To Fu.

    Shrimp with Walnuts and Mango Sauce is unique. Extremely rich, sweet thick white sauce. Tasty, but plan on sharing.

    I can’t say enough good things about this place. The food is phenomenal and the service is friendly and helpful. Paul the bartender is a real character and can make a mean Mai Tai but his version is called a Paul Tai and uses dark rum. It’s truly magical.
