Panera Bread

A little pricey for a quick lunch bite depending on what you are craving but everything is well worth it.

A week ago, I went to eat with my husband and a friend. My husband ordered his lobster roll and few other orders. Once my husband was about to take a bite into his lobster roll, he spotted a string of hair. As he tries to pull it out, the hair is actually a bit long and difficult to pull it out. He asked one of the employees for another one. Once they agreed to take it back, 10 minutes later he received a “new” one. As he took one bite out of the lobster roll, he then spots not just one but two strings of hair. He then finally lost his appetite and gave up on asking for another one. We feel they really didn’t do much onto it. The only reason I gave it a 3 stars is because there were no difficulties with my order (had the broccoli cheddar on a bread bowl). But, it was very disappointing to see what my husband had to go through.

Good and very friendly service! The new ordering system is a little confusing. There didn't seem to be a water dispenser out like I'm used to seeing at most Panera locations, which was a small disappointment.

You can't go wrong with Panera. Their soups are amazing, all their seasonal stuff is great (The Napa chicken sandwich being a personal favorite). Their You Pick Two selections offer excellent combinations. There are several other places to eat at this plaza, but I find myself going back to Panera every time.

Excellent service. The staff was very friendly. The food was also very tasty and the wait was not long. Both adults and kids enjoyed the place. I will definitely be back soon.....
