Red 8

I came to Red8 to try out their new chef and menu. The foods was much better than before and have excellent desserts. Also manager Peter was very pleasant and helpful of suggesting what’s good on the menu. He has an excellent skills and service. I will be back for sure.

It’s an awesome food at encore casino , the red8 restaurant always treats you nice and respectful toward people in general. The beef chow fun is delicious. I love it .

Absolutely delicious food. Fresh ingredients in every bite. Well-balanced flavors. Consistent high quality standards. They had the most warm and welcoming staff. I will also be writing a full proper article featuring one of the new executive chefs at Red 8, Chef Richard Chen. I absolutely loved eating at Red 8! Their food is so delicious, fresh, and truly authentic. I love Sichuan and Chinese cuisine, and Red 8 offered a wide array of classic and authentic Asian cuisine as well as American favorites. They offer delicious tea, beer, and cocktails to compliment their delectable food. The staff is incredible and I would go back there anytime for any of their entrees or soups! I loved it!
