TGI Fridays

Very popular place on Fridays. Food was good, still came out in good time. Refills on drinks. Not as loud as I thought it would be.

Food was great. Great atmosphere. Found plastic in my mashed potatoes and the manager took care of the bill. Thank you!

The food was good however we went into an empty restaurant and waited 15 minutes to be seated, when the hostess finally approached us she had an attitude and didn't even greet us. We sat down and waited for our waitress, after another 15 minutes of waiting I got up to find someone because again the main dining area was empty so I knew they weren't busy. We finally ordered and got our food 30 minutes later and then 15 minutes after that we got the appetizers. We told the waitress we no longer wanted them but she said it wasn't her fault as she didn't work in the kitchen and didn't know why they took so long and she couldn't take them back. We asked for the manager but he was busy taking care of another table that was also upset after waiting over 20 minutes to be approached by the waitress. I didn't want to waste anymore time in there so we paid and left.
