Dave’s Hot Chicken

Ordered pickup online. Order was ready on time. The sliders were great. The chicken was really juicy and well seasoned. I ordered medium but didn't feel much heat. Will try hot next time.

Great atmosphere. Awesome chicken. Mediocre sides. Dave’s Hot Chicken will always be a great chicken spot.

Well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The sides, notably the bread and fries could use some work. The bread needs to be higher quality, more like Texas toast.

Had heard positive things about this place so decided to check one out while I was in the area. The place had interesting wall art but other than that it was lacking design and comfort. I was a bit shocked to find the $13 combo meal didn’t include a drink, yes the pieces of chicken were big but overall it wasn’t tremendous amount of food. Fries were basic. The milkshake was good. The workers were nice. The bathroom wasn’t horrendous but I certainly wouldn’t call it clean. It should be noted that seasoning has a south west vibe.

The chicken was tender and fresh, and so were the fries. The mac & cheese can use a bit more work. It kind of tasted like crafted mac & cheese. The staff are pretty chill. I just wish the tables were much cleaner when going in to eat.

I would definitely recommend this place we loved the food here. We are not spice people so we went with the chicken with no spice and were not disappointed. The French fries were seasoned perfectly and nice and crispy. Lastly the mac n cheese was good but needed a little more flavor but that’s just personal preference! Can’t wait to go back and eat again!!! And don’t be fooled by the amount it says per meal it is very filling we ordered too much!
