(June 27, 2019, 11:11 pm)In the drive thru I ordered an ice latte order taker was nice. We got to the window. My friend forgot to order. There were no cars in line or anyone from what we saw ordering inside. The order taker rudely said WE AIN'T SUPPOSED TO TAKE ORDERS ARE WINDOW.
But my friend ordered anyways
The funny part was after once i order my drink and preceded to go to window A man and his daughter was at the window asking for water bottle and they weren't in a car.. i won't be back.
Poor customer service.
Please come to where I work as a manager i will take people who walk up if it is safe. And if there are no more cars you can add to your order. -
