Launch Entertainment Park Framingham

It is new and clean, lots of obstacles and things to do. A little bit confusing with the different tiers of entrance/activities.. but that can easily be explained. My kids love playing around here. Food is actually not too bad at all. Great way to spend a little time!

Okay, so, I wasn’t jumping but my son and his friends were and had a GREAT time. They love variety of activities here. I sat and relaxed and ordered a pizza which was delicious and made fresh to order. Jamie at the food counter could not have been nicer and more professional. Nice staff all around.

We had a birthday party here. The party coordinator, Ashley, is incredible and did a great job. But the facility is just chaos - they're understaffed, it's too loud to hear the announcements, things aren't adequately cleaned, and we were definitely shorted quite a bit on our arcade credits because a number of the machines weren't working (and the kids just kept swiping their cards trying to get them to work, so the machines took their credits but didn't let them play). That said, the kids still had fun, and the trampoline area is pretty cool because it has more than just jumping, like ninja warrior obstacles. Just meh for how much we paid.

Was invited here for a birthday party. Difficult to figure out where we were supposed to go to get to the party. Fortunately we had gotten a link for the waiver online, and once we found the birthday boy, it was fine. Inside the building, it looks like organized chaos. My kid had fun, but I would never come otherwise.
