Cafe at Groton Wellness

Very calming and nice, especially with the warm neck wraps

My boyfriend and I love coming here every Saturday to try new and delicious organic foods. We’re sad to hear that for most of the summer, they will be closed on Saturdays, as that is our one day off together each week.

But we’re making the most of it by going every single weekend from now until then to enjoy quesadillas, Congo bars, and their delicious strawberry smoothies.

Our two favorite workers, Anthony and Kiely, are part of why we have returned so often. They are warm, friendly, and amazing cooks! We love sitting here for a few hours, talking with them, and ordering treat after treat until we’re full.

Overall, an AMAZING place to eat! I highly recommend this farm to table cafe to everyone. The food is delicious, but more importantly, you feel good after eating it...energized and ready to take on your day! ☺️

Didn't know what to expect walking in because it's a counter and spa. But it was really good. So many healthy options. Power food!

I love the Cafe at Groton Wellness. The food is always so fresh. No matter what you get, you know it's a good option. You never end up with food regret :)

I'm pregnant and I REALLY notice such a difference in how I feel when I eat at Groton Wellness vs. eating at.... well really any place else (sub shop, mexican etc.). My body just easily processes the food here, as opposed to other places where I feel like garbage after eating...

Such a awesome place! The staff was super friendly and eager to make suggestions. I love the relaxing atmosphere. Their food is amazing and all organic.
