Evergreen Room

I adore this place. It's attached to the apothecary, which has amazing vibes. Lots of plants, the drinks are good and unique, and I love the bread board.

Fabulous place to pop in for a bite, or a drink. We had the Starship Fizz tea and and Icarus cocktail- which was amazing. Connects to the Crose Nest next door, drop in if you want to bring one of the tea blends home with you!

This restaurant draws a very specific crowd that happens to be my Jam!
I have been there 3x and will hopefully be going again this afternoon.

I love it here, the aesthetic , the food and drinks, the wonderful staff! Totally my type of place. There’s just something about this place that makes me feel calm and makes me want to come back.
All the snacks, deserts and drinks are a little different. Like goat cheese custard with cherries, mystery intention mimosas, teas with fun names (try the ice Twilight tea, it’s kinda of blue and delicious) and home grown herbs, and a stay gold drink (kind of like their mojito) that turns your tongue gold, and their Unknown drink that is AMAZING (really it’s my favorite)!
Expect teas and alcoholic drinks with flowers in them, expect food to not taste as you are used to it, and everything is amazing.
Everything is local and sustainably sourced, and priced accordingly, I believe you can get snacks and regular tea to go, but don’t quote me on that.

If your taste buds resemble a toddlers I do not recommend this to you, but if you like something different, if you like fun drinks, teas, and snacks, or if your a modern day healer I totally recommend; this may also be a fun spot to take your girlfriends for that mystery intention mimosa during a girls night, I find the men I have taken here do not love it as much as my girlfriends and I do.

Oh and if you like plant stuff, herbs, tinctures, fun jewelry check out the apothecary next door I’m pretty sure they are owned by the same person!

Put the Evergreen Room on the top of your list for new restaurants to try! The waitstaff are passionate about creating the best experience for patrons, and clearly LOVE their contribution to the Evergreen Room's mission. Everyone was deliciously delightful!

The Chef is a modern day homesteader and takes culinary cuisine to new heights with her flavor filled bouquet of sumptuous food ... all locally sourced ... and the hand-prepared preserves were out of this world!

BTW: The sourdough bread is from a 5-year starter.

We are so grateful to have Evergreen Room in town! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and rich with taste and comfort.

The menu is thoughtful and takes into consideration pairings of ingredients and health.

The menu includes options for many likings, vegan, carnivores, vegetarians, and gf eaters alike!

The drinks are ones to remember with alcoholic and mocktail options as well as herbal tinctures.

You can tell there has been an incredible amount of intention and thought into all aspects of this experience!
