    Staff works efficiently and got my order correct. Even when busy the staff keeps the customers following the rules which is necessary at this location. Drive thru line backs onto Chelmsford Street making it difficult to park.

    This is a small Dunkin' shop, but the coffee is good, and the service is quick.

    Staff were very nice, the place was clean, the bathroom cleanliness too, I asked for a coolatta, I ask if they can add an extra pump and they did it, twixe, and without put any mad face.

    They are great. My only criticisms are that the weekend staff is better than the weekday staff for details. Like my frozen coffee with caramel always has the caramel drizzle on the whipped cream on the weekend and it makes it THAT much better but the weekday employees are hit and miss if they do it.
