This place is godsend. Having lived in Lowell all of my life, this is the only place to do an Irish Eggs Benedict true justice. Wonderful atmosphere and nice comfortable seating.
This diner is an institution of Lowell and for good reason. The food is great and the atmosphere is fun and casual. I love the vintage juke box and the art representing Lowell's history. Portions are large and you're guaranteed not to leave unsatisfied. If you come to Lowell, the Owl Diner is a must.
Food was amazing and the atmosphere is just as good! You get a huge of food for not a high cost. I'll definitely be going back.
I used to come here when I was a kid, and it's been about twenty years. I was pleasantly surprised. The food is traditional, stick-to-your-ribs diner food (light and fresh this isn't). If you're in the mood for coffee, eggs, home fries, and beans then this is the place. I ordered an omelet from the counter and was pleased with the prompt service, flavor of the food, and friendliness of the waiter. If I was craving an old-school diner meal this would be a first pick over other places in the area like "Dream Diner."
This is an authentic dining car restaurant with attached dining room for customers who prefer it. The food is freshly prepared without pretense
It is good, wholesome breakfasts and lunch. Service is prompt and efficient. And the potatoes are not reheated frozen ones, but cooked from scratch. Coming to Lowell? The Owl is a must.
