Food is good but the king crab legs are extremely pricey. $35 for 3 legs is like outrageous.. Also they don't de-vein the shrimp (it still has poop in it) so you have to de-vein it with your fingers--which are full of butter and seafood- or with a knife. Both times I went I had to find a waitress to bring the check because once they drop your food they don't come back to make sure you're good.. Like I said, the food was good ???? but experience and price could have been better.
This place is just SO GOOD. You can make your boil so specific to the way that you like it, its definitely a hidden gem!
The Holly Crab seasoned boil was really delicious. We shared a combo between four of us with some chowder and calamari and it was enough food. About $20 per person was reasonable. Boil only comes with one potato and half an ear of corn. Definitely get more for $.95 per potato or corn. AC was not turned on for a Monday evening and it was a little close. Not horrible, just a little warmer than normal in a restaurant.
The seafood here is absolutely delicious. It's casual and really fun, with paper boats for plates, a big plastic bag of seafood boil to share, and fingers as your only utensils. We came back with our dad's for Father's day, and we know we'll always gone back from time to time.
Delicious! The Holly Crab flavor was excellent on my Snow Crab & Shrimp. The restaurant was clean & inviting. My only criticism is having to eat my meal from a bag. Perhaps that aspect of the dining experience can be modified & improved.
