I am happy that there is finally a hotpot place in Northern Massachusetts. This place has a cool interior. Got a good metro vibe to it. The menu is very simple. You order the items you want, like meats, veggies, tofu, etc. There is no combo choices. So expect to spend quite a bit for a complete meal (meat + starch + veggie). You can pick two soups to start, then order what food items to cook (by yourself). Right now they are doing a soft opening. The waitress told me to expect a long wait for the food. I ended up waited for about 45 minutes. Because I read the reviews ahead of time, I was watching YouTube while waiting. It wasn’t too annoying. The quality of meat was good. But I wish there were larger portions. Obviously you can always order more. Overall, I think the experience is positive. But because it is not a all you can eat place, you will need to spend a bit more money if you want to fill your stomach. The waitress was very friendly.

Since it’s the soft opening, I had kept in mind that there will be some things that will not be perfect. The place is beautiful and the waitresses were really nice. The food was really good and prices are decent too. The only criticisms I have is that the sauces should be one of the first things being brought out. We have had to ask for it once all of our food was at our table. The menu was great but need to be more reader friendly. The service was a little slow but it’s understandable since it’s the soft opening. I’m sure it’ll get better, people have to give this place a chance to let them find their groove. It’s only been opened for not even a month. But I’ll be going back for sure.

We went during one of their soft opening days and had a great experience. The quality of their meats and vegetables were very high. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The decor was very nice and cozy. Happy to have another local business in town!

If you see any low reviews before they’re actually fully open, ignore them. The whole point of a soft opening is to identify issues and fix them before the real thing.

If you're saying service was awful, you're a complete LIAR! SERVICE WAS PHENOMENAL and to the other person crying that they won't sit you down, hello it's a soft opening, reservation only! If you want to check it out so bad, make a reservation but don't come here and make a bad name for them!!!! Enough about these unhelpful reviewers. First off, the place is beautiful, love the atmosphere. I wanted to change table because my grandma felt uncomfortable, and they let us with no problem at all. We were very needy and kept asking them so many questions and our service was so patient with us. Even though we were very annoying to deal with, they were all smiling and so kind!!!!!! Also, food was so good, everything was fresh, the presentation was amazing. Definitely going back!!!!!
