Ebisuya Japanese Noodle House

Walked in after spotting Ebisuya’s store front - unassuming inside as it is outside but felt traditional and tasted great. The pork was a touch sweet but the broth was great. I couldn’t finish all my noodles. Worth checking this out given the proximity to the T.

They deserve all the praise they’ve been receiving. Beautifully rich, traditional stock. Flavorful and carefully cooked pork. Anyone who says otherwise hasn’t spent a day working in a kitchen.

Warm and accommodating staff. Outgoing and personable chef, good portions. The noodles are very fresh and the broth is extremely thick and rich. Very unique ????

Amazing bowls of ramen. Super flavorful broth, tender pork and great service. I ordered a soft boiled egg, which went perfectly with the soup. Creamy yolk, perfectly cooked.

I normally like to try out different t tame places and this one became my favorite. The owner is very nice and helpful, the place is very clean and there is an easy going atmosphere. The menu is small and I recommend trying as a side the rice and pork bowl. I tried the spicy ramen and they manages to balance the tastes really well. Don't miss the opportunity!
