    Good food and great ambiance. Quesadilla and enchiladas were amazing. Restaurant could use more vegetarian options to make it really great Mexican restaurant

    Visited with my son. They were having trivia night. That was a lot of fun. Food is pretty good. The service was just a little slower than I'd like but, they were very nice and the food was delicious.

    El Potro is trustworthy spot for Mexican fare. It's a relatively new restaurant/location so the tables and chairs can really be appreciated as they are all hand carved, hand painted and imported. The food is solid. Parking is easy in the lot across the street. Met the owner, he's a good guy. Would definitely recommend.

    We really like El Potro because there just aren't many options for Mexican food in Boston. Food is pretty good. A wide variety of relatively authentic food. Ambience is really nice, especially fun when they have Mariachis performing. One of the places we repeat-visit.
