I love this place! They give first-rate dishes, their menu is nice, The chef in that restaurant is very trained, I love very much tasting all their food. The dishes are consistently of high qualtity, the attitude towards the customers is good. I visit often this restaurant and I was never disappointed. I recommend it to all.

Our go-to local, always a wonderful crowd and most nights there is music. Good menu of diverse hearty fare and a long line of taps. Parking can be an issue on the weekend, but there are options within walking distance. This is the place that led the renaissance of the area 20 years ago, and it is now a beloved landmark.

Great service and great beer selection. The entrees were great, but the apps and sides weren't the best (soggy fries and salads - definitely made in a large batch and sitting out before being served). The benches were also pretty dirty and covered in crumbs, which could have just been due to a very busy night (the Pats game was on).
If you're going to watch a game, though, it's a great pub. Lots of TVs and a large projector, they keep the sound high so you can hear what's happening, and they have a discounted apps menu.

Empty at 11:30 on a weekday. I ordered a clam chowder, but it's too elaborately spiced, not milky enough, and it came out in less than a minute; a little too quickly. Did I happen to order at the right time, as it was just made, or was it microwaved leftovers? Bartender was decent, but seemed a little depressed, and sighed a lot. My initial impression was that it was a fine place for a beer, but my instincts were that it's a troubled establishment. And I still suspect I didn't get a fresh bowl of chowder.
