Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

For me, good customer service makes up 40% of a great restaurant experience. So I was very happy to be served by a very kind, friendly, and humorous waiter. The host was great too! The food was very good! I ordered the delicious Insalata salad. The rest of my family enjoyed their meals as well. If you would like great service, gourmet food, and a vert Italian atmosphere come dine at the amazing Bertucci’s! Looks like I will be going back there soon!

Love their Antipasto and Chicken Picata. Waitress let us substitute spinach for fettuccine. Their pizza is great, too. Usually go to Bertucci's at Solomon Pond Mall before seeing a movie at the Regal Theaters.

Friendly staff, reliable, and great for the whole family. I recommend the caprese flat bread pizza!

When you offer one dish with two options, those options should be comparable. Their Rigatoni broccoli and chicken dish failed miserably in this regard. With options of cream sauce or white wine garlic sauce it is apparent that the dish is better optimized for the cream sauce. With suacless noodles, under cooked broccoli and terribly fried chicken the only thing that made this dish worse was the unsightly pool of poorly made white wine "sauce" at the bottom. My five star rating is handed out only on the principle of their outstanding customer service when coming in unannounced with a large party.
