    Over worked staff,or under staffed. Food was excellent. Staff appeared dissatisfied with job.

    Nice location. Good selection. Friendly staff. Prices are a little high, but that's Boston Market.

    The food is as good as any B.M. location so it's reliable. But the staff always comes across as if they don't want to be there. Like they are only serving you because it's their job. No passion in customer service.

    Great place to have lunch. Clean and simple setup. The food is good and affordable. The staff is friendly. I will be returning.
