Excellent food and service. They even went the extra mile to make our birthday celebrations special!
    Definitely coming back ????

The food was good, but the service was terrible! The servers didn't know the names of the dishes they were serving. They would bring something to our table and wouldn't know if they were the chicken fritters or the corn fritters (some people in our party were vegetarians btw). When we asked for something as simple as hot water, we were told the kitchen staff didn't have time. Then, they couldn't divide a viscous drink into two glasses in the kitchen, and had us do it at the table instead.

Having said that, the lollipop chicken and the butter chicken were excellent. Although places close by with better service serve the same dishes that taste just as good. Overall, I feel like even though their hearts seem to be in the right place as far as the food is concerned, a little more focus on service could go a long way in making this place a success.

I absolutely love this restaurant, it's super authentic and great service! They're also available on doordash which is a huge plus! I only subtracted one star because I always request "not spicy" but it's always spicy anyways :(
I always still eat it, but it definitely requires an extra naan to get down. That's just me though, I don't have a tolerance for spice, but my husband does, and loves it! The quality of the food is excellent.

I went with my friends early January. The restaurant was fairly quiet as it was a very cold evening & early in the week. The food & service there is amazing, with nothing being too much trouble for the attentive friendly waiters & owner. We go to the Mirchi Nation very regularly & have never been disappointed dining there. They have a great menu with a wide selection of food & drinks to suit most peoples taste. Looking forward to our next visit already which will be soon.

Review update 2019: Upgrade to 5 star. What a difference this time. The inside lighting, colors, menu etc are so different from the first two times I went when it opened. Food taste is a major upgrade from last 2 times I tried there. Some of the menu choices are unique to MA and not available in any other place in the state.

Avoid sitting near door in winter as constant flux of people using the door makes it a bad experience as it gets freezing. Restaurant needs double doors to prevent this from happening to the roughly 6 booths near door.

Old review: Same exact location and layout as previous Indian restaurant (tandoori grill). Zero effort in upgrading the restaurant. Food name sounds good, looks good but tastes less than average.
