Villatoro Restaurant and Cafe

Delicious comfort food. Ask about brisket specials (or don't - more for me). Definitely do order pineapple upside down cake though so that it stays on the menu. Not a lot of tables but a decent amount of counter space. Also: parmesan garlic yucca fries. You will thank me.

Great food. Banana Foster french toast was great with a spicy kick. Steak and eggs tasty and the black beans on the side are fabulous. Best restaurant chili I've ever had. A great waitress with a great music playlist.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now, and it’s by far my favorite place to eat in the entire area. These people know that simple food can be truly delicious. Anytime I’m eating something they make at some other restaurant, I just wish I had gone to Villatoro instead.

Small place - a few booths and a bar. Very tasty and reasonable prices. Ask for the hot sauce; they make it themselves and also sell it to take home.

Great service, welcoming, and amazing food! The only negative is that the exterior is not the most appealing, but I promise you it is worth it! The staff is friendly, the food is incredible, and the prices are affordable. It was recently ranked the number 1 diner but Travel and Leisure and they just started delivering to Flying Dreams. This place is top notch...stop by, or order take out (so I have a table on the weekends)!

It's a small place, so don't be surprised if you end up at the counter or something. But the service is excellent. We went for a late breakfast and had a lovely meal. The coffee was good, the homeme tortillas were very nice, and the eggs were cooked exactly as I like them. Overall there aren't enough places like this. Small diners that focus on quality with reasonable prices. If you're in town, I can't recommend it enough.
