(September 15, 2019, 1:21 pm)I went to Bertuccis last night ( September 14th ) and has a great experience! I have been to other restaurant's in the chain and I have to say that Medford is my favorite! The staff always treats you like you are the only guest they have they're very personable. The managers are AWESOME! Jamie always makes it a point to stop by and say hello and make sure everything is going good. You will not be let down here! The food is always great!!!
