Blue Fuji

Went here before a big event in Medford. Staff was clearly overwhelmed. Instead of getting some back up from the kitchen or management there was only one poor waitress trying to ferry the food and take orders for the whole restaurant. I have been on quieter nights and the service was always fine. This night was an exception. Just can't understand how someone from the back did not come out and help the one waitress though. The sushi is fantastic however. Order out or done in on a quiet night. Yummy.

Love this place!! Their sushi is delicious. They have great food, great service and wonderful staff. Thank you for all you do. I wish more places had the business integrity, selection, and qualityBlue Fuji.

Ordered two lunch specials for pick up. When picking up noticed the bag looked unusually small. Asked the main lady if there were miso soups in the bag, she said yes. Got home, no soups in the bag. The sushi was decent but there are better places around. That sort of mix up even after specifically checking has kind of turned me off from going back.

Blue Fuji's food was phenomenal. We loved our food. Our only criticism was that the appetizers and entrees were brought at the same time. Service was very good; portions were large, and the atmosphere was very nice.
Our dishes included mushroom soup, hot and sour soup, scallion pie, shrimp and vegetable tempura, shrimp and broccoli, spicy green beans and jasmine rice.
