We are from out of town and ordered a total of 12 rolls for our family of 6 (including 3 boys) and we were shocked at the quantity and quality of the food! The rolls were huge and not stuffed with filler but large chunks of fish. We ended up with a total of 3 rolls left over because they were so filling.

As well, the owner is SO nice, seriously one of the happiest people I have ever met. He threw in 4 miso soups for free which was completely unexpected and just the cherry on top with this place!

Below is what we ordered and what I would recommend:

Spicy salmon (recommend, it’s much spicer than others we’ve had)
    Spicy tuna
Double shrimp roll (highly recommend, we ordered 3 and all were eaten)
    Baked scallop roll
Lobster roll (it was ok but an odd texture, I would go for a spicy tuna or salmon instead)
Albacore roll (huge chunks of meat, very filling, recommend)
High protein roll (very large, very filling)

Re-opened recently; tried em again and was very happy! The Spicy Salmon Maki roll had a nice, decent chunk of salmon (not ground up and mixed with the wasabi mayonnaise); The Maki rolls themselves came 8-piece (or 6 piece for the soft shell crab roll), which is generous (most other local sushi places do 6-piece servings); the fish was fresh, good tasting, and the take out came with plenty of wasabi, soy, and chopsticks/napkins etc (nice attention to the details). So nothing fancy, but really good, generous amounts of sushi at a decent price. You can get better.. but not at this value.

Very nice. Great sushi. Scallion pancakes, and kids chix tenders too!

Hands down the best sushi in the area, true classic, nothing mixed in as filler.
I will miss you. Thank you N
