Family owned restaurant, great service. The beef shawarma is really good. I have tried other sandwiches too, and they were delicious. Try it and it wont let you down.

If you want to know the meaning of delicious, then look no further than Cafe Yafa! I enjoyed every single bite of my mixed grill dinner platter and will definitely go back to try more dishes! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for fresh, authentic and tasty Mediterranean food! Oh, and don’t get me started on the delicious dessert! Where have you been all my life? ? The Baklava was amazing and can’t wait to go back to try the Knafeh! I also found out they bake fresh muffins and danish daily! I’m definitely one who’s very particular about fresh pastries so I plan on stopping by to try a pastry and coffee. An added bonus to the delicious food was the friendly staff.

I am Lebanese and Greek and grew up eating middle eastern food long before it was in vogue...(over 50 years now). I have tried many restaurants and most times have left saying to my wife that we can make the food better than that. There are a very small handful of places that I will return to and unfortunately none of them are as close as Café Yafa. We tried this place last week for the 1st time and was pleased. We hoped that it wasn't a "one off" and planned to try it again to confirm our excitement of having a local Natick restaurant that knows real middle eastern food. We both ordered completely new and different plates from our 1st visit. We are now both full and so happy that we have a place that is authentic right down to the Kibbe! I can tell that it's all made fresh right there. You can taste the difference. I highly recommend a visit! looking forward to visit #3!

Have stopped by multiple times for coffee/muffins as well as for wraps. All the food is very good and the sandwiches are seasoned well with delicious sauce. Owner and workers are extremely nice and fun to talk to. Highly recommend when looking for a quick healthy meal.

Falafel sandwich was fresh and tasty very good.
chocolate chip muffin home made was really good.
Will definitely try all the dishes over there.

A good place to have a breakfast with fresh coffee, and lunch time variety of fridges and sandwiches to chose from.
