Delicious, crispy, the falafel seems a bit unorthodox, but was good, definitely try it out!

I've gotten food here 5 times. I keep coming back because it's fast, the food is pretty healthy, and tastes good. That being said, only 1/5 times did they actually get my order correct. I've tried ordering online and in person and when I get home I usually find that they swapped out a topping I ordered for something I didn't order, or just left it out altogether. I'm not sure if they run out of items and don't give you the option to replace it, or if they just can't make the order correctly, but it's pretty annoying and I probably won't be going back.

I really want to like this place as more great options in Natick Center is always a win, especially fast casual like this place. However, both times I've gone I've found the food to be unsatisfying; not bad in any particular dimension, just resoundingly 'meh'. Have tried the lamb meatballs and Moroccan chicken so far, may go back one more time to try the falafel.
