We had a really fun experience here. We booked a week in advance for 4 of us to play on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't too busy when we arrived, and we liked how they separate groups by 10 minutes so you're not on top of each other or waiting for the group in front of you to finish. You can't eat while playing, but you can take drinks. I really liked that there were little high top tables located at each hole for drinks, purses, etc. We felt each hole was creative and we were excited to see what the next one offered. There was a selfie Station along the way too which was fun. We played the Amber course.
We grabbed lunch downstairs afterwards. We got burgers and chicken sandwiches and both were really good. The server brought out the food with kitchen gloves and I thought that was a nice touch. The venue was very clean. We'll be back. Thank you.

8:30 reservation on a Friday night. Wasn’t as busy as I’d expect on a Friday night, which was a nice surprise. The three guys standing at the desk will happily point you to the check in screens made for people 3’ tall. It was awkward checking in.

Pretty competitive playing games with my partner and it was pretty surprising when the guy working the ruby course walk through our hole 8 as we were putting with not even an apology.

Then we went upstairs to play amber course, whoever was working that one was great. We had some time to kill so we grabbed a drink, one drink. What we thought was our bartender upstairs quickly took our drink order & payment, great right?. Then 15 minutes later she asked if “he” another bartender made our drink. Which he didn’t we thought she was making it when she took payment. It seemed like poor communication for a bar that had 4 people sitting at it and two high tops on the top floor.

The digital tracking of the balls is a neat feature except when it stops tracking during the game and at hole 9 it tells you you have to go back and play holes you already had scores for but somehow lost connection before the end.

Music was good but sound system needs adjusting.

Overall nothing exciting about this place. Maybe better for kids than 21+ night out

The website to make reservations can be difficult to navigate, and sometimes you’re not always guarantee the time slot. We booked for 7pm and then it got pushed back to 7:20. We didn't get an email until 7 when our reservation was suppose to be and luckily we're not difficult but it'd be nice to get a eariler heads up. Depending on when you go, you’ll either have to wait to play for each rounds or it goes by quick like 20 min to finished the whole game. Theres 3 colors that have 9 holes each. It’s smaller than the Boston location so it gets easily crowded. They do start checking IDs after 7 at the entrance. The bars are quite nice, and drinks are decent. However, I felt ignored by the bartenders and it took maybe about 10 min before anyone even put coasters or said anything. It's not like it was super busy, and if they're doing things, that's well and done but it does not take too long to say " hey, I'll be with you guys in a bit". I would come back to try the food and try the other games.

Just went to Puttshack in Natick MA for their friends and family day and had the GREATEST time! Much compliments to the one and only Jessica Silvera for the invite! She displays class under pressure unlike any other.

Also much appreciation to Kevin Tebo and Kenzie Shoop who ensured hospitality was above all else. With great music from the DJ, a fun time playing the game, and a coat-check, it is DEFINITELY worth any amount of money for a great night out in Natick! I’m SO impressed.

Also shout out to our waiter Sincere, she made us feel right at home and helped us understand the process.

Call me if anyone wants to go, I’ll meet y’all there 😭
