I love going to the Starbucks in the Sherwood plaza! They have the BEST staff they go above and beyond and are very friendly and kind! I enjoy ordering form here!

I knew I wanted an iced coffee but couldn't make up my mind which one. The barrista asked a couple of questions on my taste preferences, then suggested the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. Excellent! That's good customer service. Hands down 5 stars! Thank you

I'm a long time customer here. Ever since the pandemic I've been doing Uber eats. The drinks the coffee is always made properly that's not my concern. The Uber eats drivers always sufficient iand great. However this is the 3rd time I received no straws. The drinks are not pleased into a drink Carrier. They should be placed into a drink Carrier inside of the bag. I work with the public to we have to Put drinks into a drink area and then placed into a bag for our customers that ensures that the drinks will not spill over into the bag. Please do this with all customers. I understand it can be busy at times. But we are the reason why you have a job.

Just grabbed my usual iced cocoa cloud. She double checked that she was making it correctly and then asked me to try it before I left. I joked about it but this is the best one I’ve had so I hope she reads this! Both employees were nice and hardworking. I’m considering switching because this has been the only Starbucks that consistently puts effort into every drink. It’s worth driving the extra few miles...
