Starbucks

Long wait, but totally worth it. Everyone is always so nice here and they make great drinks.

The staff were very nice, but I ordered through the app to save time. I still had to wait in line for 15 minutes. When I drove up to the window, they didn't have my order. They made my drink quickly and I don't blame them for the delay. But if you're ordering through the app, don't come here. You won't save any time.

I work at the wellesley-natick veterinary hospital which is pretty much next door to this Starbucks, so I’m here very frequently. I just want to say that the entire staff is always so kind and friendly. I called from work the other day and asked if it would be ok for me to walk over and pick my order up. Not only was I told this was fine, but the barista by the name of Skyler walked over and delivered my order right to my job. I am so grateful, you guys are awesome! True heros making my job more tolerable through the pandemic. 5/5 stars!!

I love this Starbucks. Such wonderful people work here, they always appreciate my jokes when I ask them what the question of the day. Today I went there and I actually had a bloody nose and they gave me extra napkins and wipes to help as well. Overall such great people!
