Where else can you eat lunch and nearly reach out and touch the planes as they get ready to take off?! Went on a Saturday around 1230 pm, got very lucky that it was unusually quiet. There was plenty of parking, and lots of great choices on the menu. We had the kids chicken strips, which comes with grilled chicken and fries. My 13 year old son had the lamb burger, if you like lamb you will not be disappointed. I had the eggs Benedict which were also very tasty, had a very slight spice to the sauce which was nice. Service was perfect and everyone was incredibly nice. This is a great place to grab lunch for all ages!
Normally, this is one of my go-to places to bring people for brunch around here. I love that the menu changes with the seasons and the atmosphere is really nice with the cozy wooden interior finishes and the view outside always provides something to talk about. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because their vegan friendliness is only so-so. Last time we went there the server had no knowledge of what would make good vegan options (2 of the 4 people at the table were vegan). Then when it came around to the other people to order, when asked for recommendations she offered specials such as the lamb burger and carnivore's omelette... Have whatever personal feelings you have about vegans, but everyone at the table, vegans and non vegans, were pretty taken back by the offerings especially given the circumstances. Honestly I probably won't go back for a while after that experience. Hopefully they'll have more vegan specific options and some more knowledgeable/sensitive staff then. Nancy's and any other restaurants reading this, just so you know, as the person that has the most food restrictions, I am ALWAYS the one that chooses where we eat.
This restaurant is fabulous. It's set deep in Stow in the actual Stow Airport where the private little flyers come in and out ...on the actual airstrip. Very cool to watch takeoffs and landings from the window. Cute place, clean, food is absolutely delicious, and the coffee is amazing. The waitstaff are super friendly and very efficient. Well worth the trek to Stow!
Best breakfast you can find in the area. No competition. Coffee is as premium quality as the food Everything is made with great care and attention. Also a great view of the runway if you like to watch places takeoff/land. Can't recommend enough.
Love this place. Many years ago I used to frequent this place. Then moved away.
Love it. Returned a few weeks ago. Like coming home.
High quality, much locally sourced food.
Good service. Comfortable place to be. Local artists work on the walls.
