    A very authentic Italian restaurant in the Wakefield area.

    Pros: The food was authentic, fresh and yummy. Very friendly people staff - willing to explain details and customize food that suites you.

    Cons: Depending on what you order, food can be expensive here. Limited vegetarian options.

    We have been to Artichokes about six times and have always been impressed with the food and atmosphere. Anything we have ordered has been done to perfection. If I lived a bit closer it would be one of my favorite stops.

    Great bar downstairs with live music and free cheese and crackers. The black Manhattan is to die for. Highly recommended

    Great food. Most staff friendly. Need to promote music down stairs. Lots of people that eat upstairs don't know there's entertainment downstairs.
