Hakata Ramen & Sushi

You can find this restaurant right on Main St (Rt20). We arrived on a late Saturday night hoping for a nice ramen dinner. Inside the restaurant was clean and spacious along with being nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and the service was good, we were also seated right away. The food was good, almost great (but certainly not amazing) and the prices were fairly priced for the area and quality. Overall it was a good but not great/amazing experience and I’ve certainly had better ramen elsewhere.

I tried Hakata for the first time this past Saturday. The restaurant was quiet and clean. There's only street parking available, but I was able to find parking nearby. The service was extremely fast and our server was polite and pleasant. I had the spicy vegetarian ramen. The corn wasn't very tasty, but the other ingredients were great. The broth was tasty, but not very spicy. All in all, I enjoyed the ramen and the restaurant slot.

I wanted to wait and give this place a second chance before reviewing it. My first visit wasn't great, the food was awesome, but my server was very strange. She would only look at my husband when talking to us at the table and refused to look at me. It was pretty off-putting, even though everyone else who worked there that we talked to that day were really friendly. The second time around was a few months later. Fortunately, we didn't get the same server as before, which made the experience immensely better. Really yummy ramen here, I want to try the tomato broth one day.

Was my first and only try of this place, and I liked it. Food was great, pricing is solid and customer service is top notch. Would go there again if I'm ever back in the area.

Good food. Great service. Solid atmosphere. We came here for sushi and ramen and were not disappointed at all. The spicy sauce and flakes which were provided on the table were just as spicy as we were warned. The staff recommended it to us and gave us a few quick stories about where the spices tend to be used and the effects they usually have, and they didn't appear to be wrong.
