Good food served with lots of smiles in a clean cozy environment.
Newer branch in Waltham you will see a lot of friendly faces from Lowell.
What this restaurant doesn’t have is a “tandoori” so don’t expect tandoori naan etc. also if you are a fan of curries- none served here, be sure to know this before you walk in.
What is there to love - Chinese, South India ( especially dosa), tea they make it in the kitchen not machine made ..
What not to love - dabeli and Falooda imo could be a lot better.
Overall you should try - loved the food and the experience
We ordered Chinese Cheese Bhel, Manchow Soup, Paneer 65, Chole Bhatura and Chocolate Milkshake. We ended the meal with a Small Pan. All the food was decent and yummy. Only feedback was that the fried stuff tasted a little of burnt oil. I’d go there again for other things.
First experience at an Honest restaurant. The location was very clean and well maintained. They had a decent menu, with a number of options to try from. We tried the Punjabi thali, mysore dosa, dahi puri and samosa chaat. All the dishes were delicious and the service was very quick. The staff was courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend a visit if you're looking for some good Indian food. The heating wasn't working at the restaurant when we visited, so that was a bummer specially in the month of December, but barring that pretty good experience.
Absolutely loved the food!! I'm so happy that they opened a new branch in Waltham. The taste is exactly as I remember it from the branch at Lowell, which was very good as well. I tried the aloo masala grill sandwich, dabeli, spring dosa, which were all fantastic and perfectly crispy and spiced.
Loved the dahi puri too! It was delicious.
I didn't order the pizza, but I felt it was just cheese with pizza on the side -- warning if you were considering getting that.
The faloodas were amazing!! My favourite is the kesar falooda.
Please keep the quality up, and I'm sure we will be regular visitors!! Can't wait to try the other dishes!
Great food!
And service was fast.
Pricing is bit higher but taste makes you forget about that. Good Indian street food. Perfect balance of spices & flavors
