(June 28, 2019, 2:43 pm)You want to try a great breakfast, try uncommon grounds.. Uncommon grounds is open in the morning from 7am-2pm everyday and usually is very busy. they also do great lunch foods as well, buffalo chicken is pretty good!
Outdoor seating is available during times where weather allows
Overall, Highly Recommend
UPDATE 6/2019: A recent visit was disappointing in terms of the cleanliness of the restaurant, the vents above the open kitchen are caked in dirt, I hope that my next visit here those issues would be corrected. -

They have a LOT of food options and they are all great. My favorite is the Meat Lovers Scrambler.
The specialty coffees are excellent too!
You gotta beat busy hours because it fills up pretty fast -

(April 28, 2019, 8:44 pm)One of the best places I’ve eaten at for breakfast in a while. Their avocado and egg toast was amazing. The service was great and very friendly. Definitely worth the visit.
