Delicious & authentic chinese food. I only wish they were open more.

This is a great noodle shop. Affordable and delicious. There are many options that will fit different tastes. The hand pulled noodles are the focus and are availible in soups or in a mix of meat and vegetables. The #16 Hot and Sour Hand Pulled noodle soup is the most popular and is one of my favorite foods of all time. I always get the lamb skewers with my meal. The service is friendly and the food comes out very quickly.

Simply the best noodles. Lamb is great. We have tried most of the menu and everything is well beyond expectations.

This is small very authentic Chinie food restaurant featuring hand pulled noodles. They wide and thick and slightly chewy, very nice taste and texture. There are total of 11 menu items (I included a photo of the digital menu which shows the options). Many items are spicy, although the lamp noodles I had we're not. I liked them a lot. The dumpling soup had 12 dumplings and was spicy. Lamb is #9 on the menu, dumpling soup is #10. The food was good, utensils however we're not. The small flimsy forks could not stand up to the thick noodles, the tiny soup spoons made eating the soup less pleasant. Next time I am bringing my own utensils.

I had the #4 (hand-pulled noodles) and the #1 (lamb flatbread sandwich). I had never had anything like the hand-pulled noodles before (which you can see being made right at the counter). With the first bite, I knew this was something special. And with each bite after, I couldn’t stop saying, “Wow!” Such a wonderful and perfect blend of fresh flavors and textures. This was an amazing food experience. Before my last bite I was already thinking about my next visit.
