My family visited your restaurant in South Attleboro Massachusetts we had a young woman by the name of Abigail Trish and Rich were the managers of the night Abigail was very attentive to our needs she brought our food out directly to us instead of using a runner I think Abigail is going to go far if she stays here with 99 restaurants

My girlfriend and I went to the 99 at South Shore Plaza, Braintree, Ma, Tuesday, March5th. We both ordered the steak tips with Caesar salad. Whoever thought Caesar salad was made the way it is being served, is wrong. I have never seen a Caesar salad made with the lettuce served in one piece, not cut. This was a bad decision by corporate. We complained about this and we were told that everyone that orders it has the same complaint. My steak tips were done perfect, as always. The chef there is very accommodating as I only will eat steak done Black&Blue, medium rare. This is one of the few restaurants that make my steak perfect. The Caesar salad should have been cut, actually chopped. All restaurants are now serving salads chopped. Please take this request in consideration as with so many complaints, I would hate to stop frequenting this establishment because of a wrong decision. Restaurants close because of not paying attention to complaints. Hopefully you will read this complaint. I am going to call corporate also to make sure someone listens to what I have to say.
