The food was great. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The one pit fall was it was very hot out and they didn't have a/c ugh
I started to have a panic attack. I had to leave. My daughter stayed and paid the bill

Food as always great but the service is the best In Boston area. Megan is the reason my crew keeps coming back. She has been very helpful with directing us around the city. The staff are always fun to talk too.

I have to say. The first time I went here it was amazing. Service was pleasant, kind and quick. Food took awhile to get to the table but the wait was worth it. I was so excited about this place I brought my family the next time and it was the same thing only the food came a bit faster. I think it was better a second time. Both of those visits were more than a year ago. Now the food is still delicious but the customer service has dropped. Its a 50/50. Sometimes when I come in the employees at the desk are nice and sometimes it seems like they don't like their job.
A few times this year I didn't say anything because I know people can have a bad day. We are all human. But everytime I come, the customer service gets more poor.

Tonight the customer service was pretty poor. My boyfriend went to pick up the pizza and he said the woman at the desk gave him attitude for checking the pizza. I called and told the female on the phone that the last couple of pizzas have been burnt. I don't think its intentional. I just think maybe the oven is too hot and its overcooking it.
I told the female on the phone about this and she just "Awww". And then proceeded to tell me my order would be done in 25 minutes. I didn't even get a total on how much my order would be. I am not sure if she was busy at the time or what. So as my boyfriend checks under the pizza she sighs as if she is annoyed. Now he isn't sure if she was annoyed at him for checking or annoyed because a line of people just came in to eat.

I just want to be clear, I was not mad at her because the pizzas have been burnt my previous visits. I just wanted to give a heads up about the pizza and also have a decent pizza to eat this time.

The pizza looks great this time, which I will say Thank You! But the customer service needs work.

Excellent. Huge portions. Valet parking if you want it. Careful of the oil mixture they serve with the bread though, hot as heck! I think they put crushed red peppers in it. Anyway have a glass of iced water on hand, you're gonna need it! I'm not sure of the prices though because I was being treated, it was my birthday. They also have a built in pizzeria Regina for take out & a bunch of TV screens. I had the chicken parmasian & I would definitely recommend it. The original restaurant was straight out of the North End which explains why it's so good. I didn't have the pizza but it looked nice & thick.

The Staff were very attentive without be bothersome. Our meals met the satisfaction of each of us and the potions were substantial. 5 Stars for service, food and price.
