“I mean, it’s Shake Shack...what’s not to like? I think people in this area are expecting something totally different for some reason. It’s also not “fast food” but fast casual. Their food takes a little longer, especially at the lunch or dinner rush, that’s just how it is. Contrary to many reviews here, I went at about 5 pm on a Saturday, ordered right away, and waited less than 10 minutes for my food. Everyone was nice and the burger was perfect and fries were still crispy when I got home 10 minutes after. I also ordered door dash another time and I timed it. Ordered at 4:57, and food was in hand at 5:39, everything was still hot and tasted great.”

“Very fast service at the walk- up counter. We had breakfast burritos..mine with pork and my partner had spinach added. The home made salsa was flavorful. We found that the flour tortilla made up most of the dish though. Would have welcomed a more substantial amount of filler ingredients (scrambled eggs, cheese, and in my case, pork). I had the pumpkin cheescake w/ whipped cream topping and that was excellent. Burritos with the single dessert and a 10% tip at the counter totaled $20. Tap water for beverage.”

“Went on the holiday cup date. When I first got there, the line for drive through did not seem bad at all but it took about 15 minutes to successfully get my two drinks (white hot chocolate mocha and peppermint mocha). Though the wait was longer than I anticipated, I was more than happy with the outcome. The staff was friendly and cheerful. The vibe radiating from them was contagious. I would be more than happy to wait in the line again and experience that enthusiasm. The drinks, as usual, were delicious. Very satisfied with this drive through location, particularly the staff on this busy day.”

“I've been to some 7-Eleven's that are great. There was one in Lantana, FL next to my apartment that was awesome. Currently I go to this store location a couple of times a week for a little over 2 years now. Not once has anyone ever said thank you, or have a good day, or please come again. Whenever I'm in this store, I feel like i'm inconveniencing them. I have no idea why the employees are so rude. I still gave 3 stars though because the place seems clean and well stocked.”

I've had the pleasure of watching this group grow over the years and they are simply amazing. We had the hand made beef empanadas, roasted rosemary prime rib, pan-seared pork chop, some way-better-than-Starbucks cake pops, a delicious StBernardus ABT12 and a hand crafted Earl Gray Mule cocktail! “Loved staying at the hotel, some of the members of the staff were really friendly, Mark's attention was great! Everything was super clean and tidy. The pool was cool, it was the only thing that I didn't like. There was also a gym with pretty good equipment. There is a Starbucks at the hotel, with some nice meals. Would definitely stay again.”
