American Seasons

Had dinner with party of 6. Food was outstanding and service was excellent. But indoor seating was cramped, hot and very loud which detracted from experience.

Recently we had a family reunion on our favorite island, Nantucket. One of the highlights was celebrating all the milestones we missed last year at our favorite restaurant, American Seasons. From the new fresh, hip look to outstanding service from a very well trained staff to appetizers, meals and desserts that made us want to come back for more ! Half of the table had the halibut and the other half had the slow roast pork shoulder. They were both outstanding! For dessert we had to have one of each and they arrived with a candle on each as we sang Happy Bday to everyone at the table several times to make up for a tough year. The staff was beyond delight as they participated with our fun. Chef and owner Neil was attentive to details and you could tell that each dish was prepared with thought and perfection. What a winning combination and a treat to see him at the end our our meal.

Fantastic restaurant! The best of five excellent dinners we had on our visit to Nantucket. Don’t miss this one!

Drinks, appetizer, dinner, and dessert could not have been better. The staff was as hospitable as we could have imagined during our visit. Highly recommend this restaurant!
