The Beet

Wow! The Beet is a wonderful find and a must try destination location! The eclectic menu is amazing and filled with unusual and exciting pairings of ingredients and flavors! The dumplings were delicious and the eggplant roti were incredible appetizers! Anything on the menu that you think you might like, you'll like more than you think.

The vibe is very chill. It's a casual, laid-back, cool music, take your time, spot.

The service. Ok, in case everything else wasn't already impressive enough, we had Julie as our server. I know that may not mean anything to you, but it will, if you're lucky enough to sit at one of her tables. She's arguably one of the best waitresses I've ever had. She's fun, she's knowledgeable, she's got a fantastic personality, and she's exactly attentive enough.

The Beet is not inexpensive, but you will not regret spending your money at such a wonderful spot for such a great experience..

Take my advice, try The Beet. Thank me later.

Everything is good at the beet, but El Nacho salad is one of my favorite meals on the Island. Also love the dumplings and crinkle-cut fries. Thanks for staying open year-round!

Food was extremely well prepared. Presentation was good. The table service was the right balance of attentive and not too much. Price was fair four our group of four. I will recommend the place to friends and others who ask.

What a delight! Food was amazing, really interestingly varied menu, complete with a very nice cup of tea and amazing chocolate desert. Staff was very friendly and accommodating I really enjoyed my meal!

I had a wonderful dinner here, a delicious salad (huge) with fresh blistered fruit and a vinaigrette dressing, and an order of the famous vegetarian dumplings. Even picked up a meal for lunch for the next day. Really great menu options. Super friendly staff. Many locals recommended this restaurant, I’m glad I tried it out!!
