    Holy you know what. The Chicken Fried Trout was nothing short of incredible. In Oklahoma, we love anything wrapped in unhealthy fried goodness and this was one of the most remarkable dishes I have had in a long time. Wonderful flavor, not heavy but filling. Bravo on that dish! My wife had the Cavatelli and it was in a league of its own, as well. Can’t wait to visit again.

    Proprietors is one of the best restaurants on Nantucket. We had the opportunity to have dinner there on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and the meal was superb. The chef and owner is an outstanding culinarian. Every meal I’ve ever had there has been top-notch. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you’re visiting Nantucket.
