It is what it is. The burgers are very good. The beer is cold. We usually go either before or after seeing a movie. It's a perfect spot for families or younger diners. Most people know what to expect once they walk through the door.

What a refreshment ! after the bad experience in Braintree location ! this one was clean , friendly and fast ! Bravo to our server and the rest of staff , smiling and welcoming I recommend this place to everyone

I do love Chili's so I'm not basing my rating on this one experience but all of them. Today at Chili's was not as good as I'm used to but still ok. Food took forever to come out like 45 minutes and it didn't even appear to be that busy. We did get complimentary chips and salsa but so does anyone who sits at the bar so it didn't feel that special. When the food did finally come it was very good. We later ordered a chocolate lava cake and it wasn't even heated up. The lava in the middle was hard as a rock. Someone obviously forgot to put it in the microwave. They brought out a second one that was correct
