Awesome service. Brought my kids here and 1 of them wasnt behaving the best. Staff was very understanding and even helpful. Get food from here all the time as well. Always good never disappoints. Highly recommend.

Wife and I recently moved to Massachusetts. We hadn't seen this particular chain and stopped in while on a shopping trip for our new place. For a chain restaurant, this one surprised us. Considering the relatively low pricing, the food was generous and well-prepared. If you're looking for a simple, tasty meal out of the house that won't kill your budget, hit up 99.

Once again the experience was so great I went back again. Not expecting the same service as my first because it was that good. This time was no different. Staff is truly courteous, friendly and out going. They truly are well organized and polite. The bartender once again was on her toes and ready to serve with a smile and conversation. The hostess did not let me down either. She remembered me from before and I didn’t have to remind her of extra dressing and how I prefer me food, she remembered it all! Thanks again for a great experience 2 weeks later! Great friendly staff! I even bought raffle tickets and was please to do so! The staff truly goes above and beyond to make it a pleasure in dining with them!
