Papa Gino's

The General Manager Holly is amazing. Very kind and sweet, this location is the cleanest I ever seen. The bathrooms were very clean and smelled amazing. Not one bad thing about this place in my opinion. One Hispanic guy was moving everything in store to clean. My experience here I’ll definitely come again with my daughter and recommend to others.

The staff here deserves some praise as they have consistently provided me some of the best service I've had in any Papa Gino's. I think other Papa's locations should learn from this restaurant, because they make the food look like it does in advertisements. Who does that? Everyone knows that a McDonald's burger doesn't look like it does in the ads. And, it's consistent. I don't find that one day my food is made great and the next it's just so-so. No, it's perfect every single day!

Papa Gino's, I know you've recently closed a considerable number of locations, but perhaps you might not have needed to if every location took notes from this one in Braintree. Everyone employed there needs to get some recognition for their amazing service.

I still love there pizza. After 20 years lol

Pizza is good here, but usually get spaghetti when i come here. Employees are nice and friendly. They always give me the lunch special price which is a couple bucks cheaper, and they it to me outside of the specified hours, so always makes me a happy customer lol but prices are cheap, and its a quick place to eat.

I was there 8/1/17 . when I was there i was next in line and someone cut in front of me. The girl at the register could've said ti the person who cut in line to hold on this lady was next. But she didn't and she was rude. . pleasant. No smile or friendliness..
