Topgolf Boston - Canton

Wonderful new venue to meet friends and family. We went here twice now. First for a friends 40th, large group.

Decided to take our kids. Three families, we booked in advance for Sunday afternoon. Paid premium advance booking with $25 booking fee. Was assigned a bay on 1st floor. Requested upper deck (many open bays and remained open for the 2.5hrs we were there). Was told everything is booked. Parents sat outside on upper deck (only outdoor seating). So we could not be close to our kids and stop in occasionally. Would have been nice to give us a different bay or at least be curious to make accommodation! Nothing, a cold face we are booked (absolute lie, occupancy about 60% total, several bays open).

Spent $400+ in play, food and drinks in under 3 hrs. Would love to go again, hoping management can pay attention to this small details.

On a random Wednesday evening, Topgolf in Canton was packed. Finding parking took a few minutes, but once inside, everything flowed smoothly. The three-story, modern driving range is impressive. The staff is friendly, and eager to assist. The waiting staff is attentive, offering average bar food and a decent selection of drinks. The golf ball dispenser is efficient, continuing to dispense balls within your allotted time. Well-arranged clubs are provided but you can bring of your own if you like, each section features multiple large monitors. This is no average neighborhood driving range—definitely recommend.

Feels almost too good to be true!

For context: I saw on the app that they have a promotion that on weekdays you can play unlimited until noon for $20 a person (please check that yourself before you go in case that changes). I have not gone to this specific location with a party at busier hours.

I have gone to other Top Golfs with groups though and we did have a lot of fun despite some having never touched a golf club.

Most driving ranges I go to won't sell a bucket of 60-80 waterlogged and damaged balls for less than $10-$12. Here, I was able to hit 150-200 shots for just $20 + tip, alongside several different mini-games and practice modes. You can see your ball speed, shot height, carry distance, curve, and more. While it definitely is welcoming and accessible to all, it feels like it really works as a genuine practice facility.

The service was kind and attentive.

My one issue was the tee height. The rubber tees were cut very short and thereby I couldn't really get good use out of my driver. With that said, I'm guessing that's to prevent knuckleheads from hitting it over the net onto the streets adjacent, so while I was bummed, I totally understand.

Had a blast enjoying a 2-hour game with friends! The staff was excellent, the food was just as good. Appetizers were amazing. 2nd floor, cold night but didn't notice because of the overhead heaters which kept us nice and warm. Played the different versions of golf, ending with Angry Birds.

Comfortable seating, classy atmosphere. Tons of parking. Bring your clubs or use the set kept at each station.
Definitely worth a return trip.

This was our first time ever at TopGolf, we were not even familiar with the concept so we were surprised and impressed. We went with a group of friends on a Sunday afternoon, to celebrate a young teenager's birthday.

The complex was well designed and built, beautiful building and amenities, cool interiors with multiple bars and large screens showing sports, nice music, clean restrooms.

The atmosphere was fun, groups all around us were having a good time playing, eating, drinking, laughing. We were able to play for two hours in mid January although it's half open to the exterior, thanks to strong radiators mounted overhead. Everyone enjoyed playing, the screens also show how far you got, which is great.

The staff was professional, friendly and helpful, the service was very good and quick. They even held large signs and sang 'happy birthday' together, which was a very nice gesture.

The food was mostly what you'd expect, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they also served some healthier food like fruits and veggies. People enjoy a lot of alcoholic drinks in this kind of place, and it was nice to be able to get a non-alcoholic beer (that enables everyone to enjoy, even if they can't have alcohol for different reasons).
