    Prefer this location over my usual one because they're not cleaning the machine Everytime I try to get a frozen hot chocolate and the staff is more attractive

    The staff was very nice, and it was clean inside. The only issue was placing an order on the app, and they assumed that it was an iced coffee instead of hot. They also forgot the hazelnut shot as well. The manager had no problem replacing it, and was very personable. He wasn't the person who made it originally, but made sure that it was correct on the second try.

    It was just the lack of attention to detail that was an issue. So just make sure that your order is correct.
