Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Service was great, food was ok... tasty combinations, but not exceptional. I ordered my burger medium and it was very overdone as was the supposedly runny egg on it. I would visit again, but I would set my bar a little lower in terms of my expectations.

It's been a long time since I've had a positive experience in a Red Robin. This particular location reminded me of the very first time I had gone. The burger was exceptionally cooked, the fries were wonderful, and our server Danielle was fantastic. The carryout container is even reusable/microwaveable, so I got to keep a souvenir!

Pricey. With tax and tip, nearly $70 for burgers, fries, onion rings and drinks for two. Food was okay, nothing particularly great or bad about it. Small mistake to our order: the side orders on our plates were switched. Should have been easy to fix, just by bringing each of us a serving of the sides we ordered (sides are all-you-can-eat, anyway). They brought one serving of one side, and we had to ask again for the other. Add that our table was so small that stuff was literally falling off of it, and I have to say, the dining experience was just not pleasant. There are other burger places nearby where you could get food that's just as good for less than half the cost.

I sat at the bar and Melissa was SUPER sweet and attentive. She checked on me and made sure I was set. She even read my mind that I wanted more sweet potato fries with just a look! Hahaha. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. I had a plain hamburger with lettuce, tomato, and onions with sweet potato fries. Thank you so much Melissa! :D
