Taking advantage of the bistro seating outside is a great way to relax and people watch (when the weather cooperates) and the waitstaff is cordial but not overly intrusive, which makes the whole experience relaxing. There are cheaper as well as more expensive places to grab a bite nearby, but Skipjack's strikes an enjoyable balance that you'll not regret!”

“Pros: Very convenient place to eat before a game. Less crowded because of the price point. Excellent service early in the meal. Beef rib was well cooked and seasoned. Horseradish potatoes were good. Italian sour beer made from grape must (I forget the name) was very interesting. Shrimp was well cooked. Semi open kitchen was fun to watch. Cons: Took longer than I wanted to flag waitstaff for the check. Pasta was forgettable, both in flavor and texture. I was hoping for bolder flavors in all of the dishes we tried, but I understand this place is catering to middle aged white bros. Nothing was bad, but for the price point, I expected to be wowed.”

“Service was incredible. I went when the restaurant was packed for a Revolution game, but the staff was still as nice as my local Five Guys, and the wait wasn't too much longer than the local one either. Five Guys should be seriously proud of the level of customer service they can provide. If you have never been to one before, the food is made before your eyes, it tastes amazing, toppings are free (except cheese and bacon), you can drown in an order of small fries, and refills on soft drinks are free. Definitely check them out next game day”

This is one of the “less-chain” feeling spots around the stadium. If you are looking for a nice place to go to dinner at Patriots Place, I would put this place at the top of the list.”

“The music is so loud and the employees feel its okay to take personal calls and talk at the top of their lungs to make it impossible to have a meeting, take a call or work while enjoying coffee. I don't feel the need to know about others personal issues... There needs to be some boundaries and understand that work and personal time need separation. On a positive note: the coffee is well made, it's above average clean inside and it's very organized.”
