    Totally not a race thing but I didnt catch her name and from what I saw was the only black woman in there, but she was super kind, got our order perfect and was smiley and had a great attitude. Plus our coffees were delicious. Great start to our morning

    Dunkin Donuts on East Central St (Rt 140), Franklin, MA has great, friendly, and fast service; inside and at window! On my second visit, they remembered me and how I like my coffee and made it just right. I felt very welcome. ( The bad reviews are for the King St location. Reviewers need to check which location they're commenting about!! )
